We've been looking at becoming antifragile on the physical and mental plane. That's just part of it. We have to get our theological ducks armored up and in a row.

Actually, read the Bible.

First, you have to read the book—all of it. Reading chronologically is fun because it makes the prophecy sections make more sense.

Deep dive into a book of the Bible. Do a word study. In my Life Application Study Bible, I'd pick a topic in the back and look at all the related verses.

Be a Berean and fact-check your pastor. A tip I learned from a former CIA analyst is to pay attention to the emotion of surprise. What surprised you?

Then, drill down on it. Works for other things you learn, too.

Read other Scholars

I read a systematic theology textbook for fun. Then, my wife got me a book about Jesus (win) by the late Marcus Borg. I read it, and my heresy sense was tingling.
