We're approaching the finish line. It's nutty and hard to know what to believe anymore. That leaves us with this difficulty:

I've been a cynic, and it rots you from the inside out. You disengage and are a pain to live with.
Don't be a defeatist.
Negativity is the prevailing mood. You're wasting energy sitting in your feels. See the problem, fix the problem, and carry on.
If you cannot fix an issue, it is not a problem; it is a distraction.
Problems show us our weak spots that need shoring up.
Nobody's perfect.
We're complex and messy. The Bible is full of people like that, except for this one guy. Expect disappointment, but also beware of patterns.
Instead, pay attention to the good. Look for kindness, generosity, and compassion. Become a force for good.
Let's get real.
Naivety is cute in kids. Their innocence is a light. Adults can't afford to be blindly optimistic.
